Our branded insulated aluminium slats “ALURAY”,  provides high-quality Aluminium slats made of two-layer coating with foam insulation to reduce heat and noise. ALURAY slats can be either perforated or solid. Perforated slats have narrow openings along the joint section of the laths. Scattered light that penetrates through the openings creates pleasant shade.

Extrusion is defined as the process of shaping material, such as Aluminium, by forcing it to flow through a shaped opening in a die. Extruded material emerges as an elongated piece with the same profile as the die opening. In extrusion a wide variety of shapes can be extruded, but there are limiting factors to be considered. These include size, shape, alloy, extrusion ratio, tongue ratio, tolerance, finish, and factor and scrap ratio.
